Can't pair and unknown beep sounds

Hi,
My Solo crashed by child and something wrong with that.

I tried factory reset many times and every time it seems to reset correctly. But once controller reboots, solo and controller is not paired. (Pics)

Also beep sounds here from solo when boot it up.(video, Boot)
I asked to support and they said "GPS connection error." But it looks like okay because of green LED flash (check video, GPS)

Please help! The support is too slow to response

There is a sd card on the main solo board that is known to come loose. You will have to lift the board up to get to it and it has hot glue on it you have to remove, then remove the sd card and clean it off. To get the board up you have to remove motors # 2 & 3. Good Luck
