I'm looking for some information with regards to some legacy hardware, the Quad-C from 3DR:

I have these ESCs:

1. Does anyone have a user manual or programming guide for these ESCs?
2. I'm running into a problem where my drone will lose altitude as the battery runs lower. As far as I can tell, this shouldn't happen because the ESCs are supposed to keep a constant output velocity; however, I'm not experiencing this. Has anyone else experienced this problem?
3. Continued from 2, is this a problem with these specific ESCs?
I've attached what I think may be the programming menu for these ESCs but I'm not sure.
