I've been doing some experimenting with Wifi in the last two days and I've come up with some settings that have blown me away. I'm posting an installer here if anyone wants to give them a try. You will have to factory rest the Solo if you want to revert it.

What it does:
- limits the bandwidth of the N bands more reliable ones
- uses short preambles
- limits stations that can connect
- opens up some channels
- disables Atheros adaptive noise interference
- increases video pipeline bandwidth
- fixes the timeout for RTL so re-enable rewind in failsafe.

This is a unix script. Connect to Artoo from your machine (Mac/Linux based) and run the installer script. Reboot Solo and Artoo after it loads in the files. It will manage the creation of the proper MD5 checksums.

My range has increased, the reliability is tremendous and video quality is better overall.

I have done all sorts of range mods, amped, cards, software. My video feed still suxs quite often. Whilst it could be something else, I'd be tempted to try it just for better video feed.

Might give it a go
