I did that. It still isn't working. Probably going to return/exchange it.

If you pulled the compass and had the same error its not the external compass, If you can exchange it do so because it sounds like its the internal pixhawk compass that is bad...

I need to quickly mention B&H customer service. Excellent! The whole call took less Than 5 minutes and my replacement will be here soon. Now all they need is better hold music and faster expedited shipping[emoji3]

I've got the same problem. Contacted 3DR and was surprised to get a response, but disappointing by support. Basically told me the place I got it (Groupon) was not an authorized reseller so they couldn't help me. Lousy. I'll try spending the $10 for a new one to fix but well under a year since I bought it and already this issues.
