Tower: Loading a New Mission In-Flight

The other day I loaded and flew a Tower mission. At the end I took control and brought it in to hover. Just for giggles I then loaded another mission into Tower and uploaded it to Solo. After telling Solo to fly on "Auto" it went up a few feet, then stopped and hovered.

I don't have any reason to want to do this, I just wondered if it was possible. Anyone else try this, maybe with a better result?

Yes. You do that all day long. It's likely the mission you loaded had an error or it didn't actually load. It is good practice to download the mission after uploading it to verify it actually uploaded and is correct. Upload the mission. Then clear the mission off the screen on tower. Then download the mission. It will show the mission you downloaded in the screen.

The mission I loaded worked after I landed and sent it up again. I'm not sure if I re-uploaded it or not. I don't know if I'll need this, but if I do I'll follow your steps.
