Solo + M8N mini NOGO

Having read the threads about upgrading the Solo's GPS to the M8N mini, I ordered one from RTFQ.
I'm pretty confident its installed correctly as in the video, but Solo just beeps its unhappy with GPS.
The chip is supposed to be ready to go but doesn't seem to be responding correctly.

I connected:
M8N Solo
1 BLK 1
2 Red 6
3 NC
4 NC
5 RXD 5
6 TXD 4

Any ideas what could be wrong?

The beeps means the wiring is wrong.

The wiring on the Solo end is same as the normal Pixhawk GPS which is:

1 Red +
2 Yellow Rx
3 White Tx
4 NC
5 NC
6 Ground

OK I incorrectly reversed the numbering on the Solo pins but I have them connected:

M8N Solo
1 BLK 6
2 Red 1
3 NC
4 NC
5 RXD 2
6 TXD 3

Head out to Solo Mod Club FB group. Several there have made it work.

SOLVED: Yep, it was bad crimp job on the Solo end of the cable. Now 12 sats 1.6 HDOP (Indoors!)
