New to this forum joined 12/2017 but never used it but not new to 3dr solo flying.
Not trying to beat a dead horse to death, I just have put off the inevitable.
I have a few questions regarding the same ole questions that Ive been reading that were yrs. ago about updating the 3DR Solo OG Cube to Pixhawk 2.1 cube (no soldering please) which means Green cube, correct? Also upgrade to Open Solo 4.
Ive updated my GPS the MRO U-BLOX NEO -M8N works great
Question -
1. Where can I get a Green cube or equivalent (without soldering) If you have an extra or used one I might be interested.
MRO sells 3DR Solo replacement 2.0 but I would think that is just replacing what's stock in the solo I have now.?.?
2. Can I use the stock cube and upgrade to Open solo 4 and be ok?
I currently use Solex (LOVE IT) and plan to use Solex to upgrade my firmware (goodbye 3DR)
