Have you considered the LowePro DroneGuard CS400? It's pretty cheap and if you're planning on doing any travelling it can fit on an airplane as carry on, plus it can fit a decent amount of your stuff.

This backpack has worked great. Easily fits in overhead compartment for flights, fits 3 batteries, gopro accessories, controller, spare props with room for more.

I have fancy backpack and ATA flight cases but this is my favorite, a Husky crate from home depot with the solo packing material inside.
