Corn or Bread?

So what type of dressing/stuffing do you eat for Thanksgiving?

My uncle made a gluten-free one for my sister which was using celery root as the bulk/fiber. It was phenomenal. Normally however, bread-based is what my family does.

I have my first day off in months tomorrow! Very excited. Might have some Gobbly-Solo action going in the snowstorms. :D
 
That would be a first for me, never heard of celery root stuffing before. Sounds interesting, I'm game...

I'll be working a couple of small fields this weekend if they stay dry. Been lazy about keeping them cleared of huisache, can't bale hay when they are mixed into the grass. Only sure method is to cut them out by hand. Solo will have to stay home...again. What I get for being a weekend rancher.
