Hey been looking all over the internet for an answer....

I'm trying to find an app that will allow me to collect Points Lines or Polygons using the solo's gps location. So I can fly a road, being able to start and stop a line to be used in a GIS later. Or fly over a fence corner/some object and log the coordinates to that.

Or,

I am trying to find out how to tap into the GPS location of the solo in real time over wifi to be used in a GIS, mapping the features there.

I am trying to avoid using the solo's tlog or bin files after the flight to map features. Looking to use it as a real time GPS Data-logger.

Thanks!

Ben

Mount a data logger on Solo and fly the pattern?
That is my current work around. I'm trying to avoid having to edit spatial data to get a product. I'm wanting to start and stop a track in flight. Right now solex had some functionality that will help. I I'd like to see a more GIS focused app out there.
