Update 1.3, and now I can't fire the gopro?

Hi all,

(Disclaimer: I have contacted support, and expect this will be resolved with a reset of the solo, controller and gimbal, but I'm keen to hear others' opinions.)

Excuse my naivety on this subject.

Up until now, solo and the gimbal/gopro have worked flawlessly.
So I updated to 1.3 the other day, as most will have.
Now, when I connect it all up, no matter what order I do it in, I get video feed but no ability to control the gopro.
The fire button (big red one for starting a shot) is greyed out.
When i hit the "settings" icon below the big red button, all the controls are greyed out except for GoPro Model and Start Shooting on Smart Shot (or whatever it says, not handy right now).
I also cannot access the Mode button.
Any ideas?

Update:
So I went ahead and reset the vehicle as per instructions sent by Support (Factory Reset | 3DR | Drone & UAV Technology)
After updating with everything connected, it now works. I still get a "YOur camera is the wrong sort" type of message, even though I have the 4Black selected. I have access to start/stop shooting, change modes, and select resolution of stills. Everythign else is still greyed out.
Does anyone else have full access to the controls for the Gopro?

Are you iOS or Android? Since the 1.3 update I occasionally get strange messages regarding the gopro (hero4 black) as well (Android), or just no video stream in the app. If I just turn the gopro off/on again, and go "back" in the app and then click on "fly solo" again, it usually reconnects fine and have full camera control again. There seems to be some sort of camera detection glitch in the latest firmware or app upgrade, and it seems to be random. However, I have never had a problem mid-flight which is a relief...only the initial connection, and it's rare.

So do you have access to all the controls? FoV, Protune, etc...?

Yes, although ProTune only turns ProTune on/off and does not change any ProTune specific settings.

Yeah I had same problem the other day, 10 flights after the 1.3 upgrade on ios.
Ended up setting camera filiming manually as I could not get rid of the greyed out gopro record button.
Flew on another battery and it worked again. Not sure if it's battery related though.
