I live in Swansea. I called the town office and asked if I can launch my drone at the boat ramp, they referred me to a seargant that's also the town's drone pilot and said if it's ok with him then it's fine.
We discussed were I would fly, and he said as long I don't do anything annoying.. it's ok.
