tablet problems

I purchased the asus android, version7.0 love the larger screen however I am trying to run the solo app but I keep coming up with the same reply " authentication problem. I have the iphone 6s which it works fine on, but need this larger screen cause eyes aren't what they used to be. I am considering getting the solex app but want to work things out before I make this purchase, Please any and all help is greatly appreciated thank you.

have not solved it yet it works on my iphone 6s. I did try and reinstall method on my asus tablet but nothing,thanks for replying

Still not connected as of yet I have tried taking out sd card out of controller and re installed it also deleted app and reinstalled it I do have connection with iphone 6s but not the asus tabletzenpad z380m maybe there is a setting with this tablet I need to set? not sur frustrating to say the least
