Did you hear something strange on this movies ?
It's a kind of metallic clink. You can hear it better at 0,25s.

When i try to test my motor on the ground i didnt hear anything.

How can i use idependandly each motor to test them ?
Is it possible to change only the brushless motor instead of all the pod ?
In case of pod failure what happen ? 3dr change the solo ?

Thank you for your help.

Yea I've got one motor that feels a bit different when spinning by hand and have heard this from time to time as well. The motors actually more free feeling and the last to stop when I cut the power, but it hasn't been a problem and i noticed it almost as soon as I got mine at release. Originally I just couldn't wait again after delays so I went with it and figured if it's an issue I'll have it fixed when 3dr catches up. There is a diagnostic in tower that may help us, but I've not had a chance to use it yet since its flown fine. I mentioned it during another ticket on gps issues and didn't get much info, I too am debating just getting a new motor to be safer though. Only reason I haven't yet is I noticed it almost immediately and it's never been an issue.

I can't really tell from the video.

You can download "Mission Planner" (free) onto a PC and run one motor at a time.

The motor can be changed but it requires soldering and some machining to do so. @RolandS888 wrote a lengthy thread about this using T- motors.

There are several threads on Mission Planner here also.
