Been a while since I posted on here. Still flying my 3DR Solo with Nikon J5 camera, open solo 4 software, solex app, mrobotics gps, home made camera mount, master airscrew props and battery mod battery packs. Still a great platform and fun to fly.

Have you updated the firmware to ArduCopter 4.3.2?

There is an update in the Solex firmware menu that makes it easy and that version is able to work with the Solo gimbal. The current release doesn't give gimbal control or camera control.

thanks mate, haven't used a gimbal on my solos for a long time, nikon j5 for me

Very nice. In my opinion, your SOLO is really practical tool.

How to update to the ArduCopter 4.3.2?
So ArduCopter 4.3.2 is compatible with open solo 4 latest?Its not showing up in solex?

The process is exactly the same as installing Open Solo 4 except you use these files circled in the screenshot. If you have already installed Open Solo 4 you don't have to run the controller file again. The original instructions for installing Open Solo 4 are here. Install via Solex App
