Solo not flying straight? Drifting to the left

Hi guys, I just purchased a second Solo from BestBuy. However, this bird is showing some strange behavior. Upon testing (without gimbal) I notice that the Solo is not flying straight, but rather dangerously drifting to the left. Also when I yaw, after shortly rotating around its vertical axis, it starts to orbit!
I did the software upgrade, level and compass calibration before the flight. 10 GPS signals and no wind at all.
I have tried 2 different controllers.
What could this be? Any ideas/suggestions?

Compass calibration done outdoors away from buildings and vehicles? Compass properly mounted inside the leg? If so, that should have fixed it, take it back to best buy.

Outdoors and probably about 6 feet away from buildings.

You might want to get a little further away from buildings and obstructions.

Your best bet would be to try the compass calibration again in a different area with a lot of open area. Doing a compass calibration 6 feet from a building is more than likely your problem. If that doesn't take care of it, do like P2P suggests, and return it to Best Buy for an exchange. Good luck.
