Sending Queued Support Ticket

Trying to send a ticket to SOLO. get as far as a window on the App saying "Queued Support Ticket SEND" Click SEND but nothing happens. Connect to SOLO and controller and click SEND. Told to connect to the internet in order to send the ticket. Click on this option and I get option to connect to my WI-FI which I do. Go back to App and click on send. Nothing happens! Anybody got some advice as to what I am supposed to do? Eddie
 
Once you clicked send and were connected to the internet, it sent. There just isn't confirmation, unfortunately, that it went through. It only complains if it didn't go through.
 
You can always go to the support website, use the live chat, and ask them to make sure it went through.
