Hi all, yes, I got a couple of Solo's from the Best Buy clear out. Problem is, I do not currently have anything that will run the 3DR Solo program. I am trying to use a Nexus7 (2015) model maybe not compatible. I do have Solex loaded up on it, and it runs, will connect to the Wi-Fi on the solo, but I can't see how to proceed with the required factory update. Transmitter just stays suck on preflight update. HELP

you have to use the 3dr app for updates, solex does not support that

Yes, have you loaded the standard 3DR app yet?

It is available for Android.

Yes, it is available for android, but only will install on selected devices. I finally found a link to the 3DR solo BETA app, and it loaded up on my Nexus7 (2015) and I got the updates done, now it's sitting outside trying to locate GPS sats.
