no Map Download After GoPro Update 1.3.0

having trouble saving maps in the Solo APP? after updating for the goPro changes, i no longer see the bar at the bottom of the screen after tapping the download arrow. How ever if i click in the area the download bar should be i hear it click, then i see a map saved message, i do not see the green progress bar move also off line the maps do not appear to be saved? i am running 1.3.0 of the App software with the gopro update. driving me crazy right now?

My understanding (from reading here) is that has to do with using google as the map provider. If you change to a different provider in the app, does it work then?

i am not uising google maps as a setting, i have Mapbox Chosen

no maps download. here is what i did previously. i updated the Solo App to get the new Gopro additions for camera setting control. i went back into the app and didnt see my maps as i had before. i connected to my home WIFI, zoomed into the area i wanted, no prompt or bar appeared in the lower screen ,like it normally did, i clicked the area anyway and was surprised to here the tablet sound for a selection, then i go a message that said, map saved. i closed the solo app, disconnected from home WIFI, then opened the maps, no maps were there.

ok just to recap, Nexus 7 Tablet, Android Version 4.4.4. Connect to home Wifi, go to map section of Solo app, slide tot he left. Zoom area i want to save as a map, Click Download, no bar appears that would normall say, Pan and Zoom to the Area you want to save. However i can click the area where the bar should be, the progress bar doesnt move across. a few seconds later, i get a Map Saved Message. Disconnect from Home WIFI. Connect to SOLO. Get GPS Satellites go to maps, i can see the maps i saved. i dont remember it being that way before my upgrade that had the Additional GoPro upgrade. so basically, missing some UI items in the SOLO APP. evrythng else appears to be working fine.

i had a second Nexus here running Lollipop, all items worked on that. the Previous Tablet was running Jellibean ver 4.4.4, upgrading to see if that makes a difference.

All UI items missing in Jellibean 4.4.4, appear in Lollipop, so root cause, needed upgraded OS for Solo App 1.3.0. case closed
