It finally happened, my gopro died.....

I have two gopros one with a flat lens, and I might grab another 4 but I am holding out
With open solo now out, I have a hunch some options might open up

HAH! Well I finally got my Micro SD slot cleaner and decided to clean out the gopro with them in hopes that maybe there was just some dust lodged in there (hey, I didn't want to strip down the gopro, or spend money on a brand new one). So the cleaning tool itself is just a white piece of plastic with a glued on cleaning pad on the end.

Inserted it into the slot, it promptly got stuck in there. Removed it and noticed it was minus the cleaning pad. So now the memory card slot is gunked up with a gluey sticky cleaning pad. Motherf........lipper...

So my advice? Avoid this product like the plague https://www.amazon.com/Memory-Card-Cleaning-Microsd-Micro/dp/B0015EL9XC?tag=3drpilots-20 It's a giant piece of crap.

Now I'm going to have to tear the gopro apart anyway and just get replacement parts...... grrrr..
