Iris+ wont arm with controller

Hey, so I am having an extremely annoying issue with my iris. The drone simply wont arm with the controller, i get the flashing green led, but nothing happens when I hold the stick down and right. When I try to arm it with the phone connector thing, it works perfectly. I checked to make sure the remote was connecting and it was(green light on the receiver, turned red when i turned the remote off). I have no idea why it wont arm. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks

fire up mission planner and connect it
it will literally speak and tell you why it fails to arm, or at least give you a message on the hud
