Height problem wanting help AUSTRALIA.

Hoping someone can help me as a brand new stock owner of a 3DR Solo,
The problem is the drone has a height limit of 40 meters
Does anyone know how a novis like me can change that.
The reason is I love in a treed area and some of the trees are at that height and I want to fly over them.

It'd be helpful if you read the manual, you'll learn a lot. To change height limits you need to enabled advance settings from the app.

Thanks for that info Rich, But i have read all the way through the manual I have and it is a very basic one and doesnt list how to enable advance settings so i suppose if thats what i need someone may be able to email me a pdf of their more detailed manual.

Turn on Solo and controller and connect.
Open 3DR app and click on "settings".
Click on "advanced settings"
Click on "enable advanced settings"
Go into "Solo settings" and you will find a setting to select max altitude.
