Gopro settings stay grey

hi,

I can't change my gopro hero4 black settings in the app.

I use the last firmware, gropro firmware 5.0, solo 2.4.2.

I try to set the video mode in NTSC, reset to the gopro, start the gorpo before put it on the gimbal, ...

Do you have the right camera model selected in the Solo app? If so, is it firmly plugged into the gimbal?

I think, I have the video on my iphone or my galaxy tab, the gopro battery is charging. So i think it's good.
The gimbal use the firmware 1.3.6, solo 2.4.2, autopilot 1.3.1, controller 2.4.2, controller firmware 1.2.11 an App 2.4.0

You will have to downgrade your GPH4B to firmware 3.00.

I just test with the 3.0.1.36... I'll test with the 3.0

My question still stands: Do you have the right camera model selected in the Solo app? To find out, click the controls icon under the "start/stop camera" button on the app (see red arrow below):

You should see this appear, with "Hero4 Black" indicated like this:

If you see any other model, then tap it and select the Hero4 Black here:
