Forget the price drop... my Solo dropped

Sad day for me, beautiful day for flying, charged up one of my brand new batteries launched solo straight up approximately 120 feet, all motors stopped and Solo fell straight to the ground. Total Destruction of gimbal, Solo body and my GoPro 4 Black. GoPro saw the whole thing going down, landed face-first into the dirt. Camera no longer focuses, the lens is also cracked. Sent ticket right away to 3dr, hopefully they still honor their guarantee.

Did you take off in Fly:Manual mode prior to getting a GPS lock? If so, there is a bug that causes the throttle to drop if a GPS lock is subsequently acquired in flight. If this is not your circumstance, it still shouldn't happen. If it's less than a year a old, 3DR will be giving you a new one.

I was using Fly mode. Gps lock was good, 9+ satellites, same launch site I've been using past several months.

I'm confident 3DR will be sending you a new one in short order as that sounds like 100% malfunction. Are you familiar with downloading the dataflash logs? I'd love to take a look at them.

Only the tlogs sent to 3dr. I don't have access to a wireless computer at this time. Otherwise I'll try tomorrow.
