Anyone know the wind speed limits for Solo?

I am taking my solo to Iceland in late June and Iceland is known to have high winds. Does anyone know the limits of wind speed solo is capable of flying in? The following is info on wind speed in Iceland:

Over the course of the year typical wind speeds vary from 3 mph to 26 mph (light air to strong breeze), rarely exceeding 42 mph (gale). The highest average wind speed of 20 mph (fresh breeze) occurs around December 19, at which time the average daily maximum wind speed is 26 mph (strong breeze)

Providing pilot skill is sufficient, it is really a matter of the max speed you have set for Solo and the ability for you to have enough margin to make progress in a head wind. If the Solo is set to do 40 mph then you can do 20mph in a 20mph head wind.
