I am using IMovie for basic editing including split screen.

15% is in reference to the percentage of frame reduction to allow for post stabilization, also in iMovie.

Ahhh.. I see. Thanks for the info. iMovie only works on Macs, right?
I have it on my iPad, but it would be tedious to try to edit a GoPro video on it.
