3DR service stepped up big

I had RMA d due to GPS drift on several occasions and a subsequent crash.
The replaced both Solo and the GoPro with brand new units. It came back with the same controller battery and box. I'm hopeful that the updates and new solo will work as I expect. I'll be finally putting on the gimbal and getting actual stable shots. Although it took time,discussion, and prodding, I am thus far pleased with the outcome.

Glad to hear they got you straightened out, I know you've been pretty pissed. Hopefully they keep this level of commitment, so far they seem to be making good on these issues. Yea it takes some effort but they have to be skeptical cause every person that trashes their big ticket purchase is probably going to try and say it's solos fault. Seems that those telling the truth and being patient are being taken care of.
