3DR Packages

Dear all, I cannot connect the 3DR solo to internet because I'm having a lot of problems to do that on Windows 10.
Basically, I need to install the following packages on my 3DR Solo:

python-dev
libgmp3-dev

Can you help me to find these packets and to install them on my drone?

You don't connect the Solo system to the Internet since the controller and copter are a standalone network. Connect your laptop to the Solo network then use WinSCP to transfer files. Also disable any VPN functionality when connecting to the Solo network.

Sorry but I do not know. I've done successful updates using Solex. My use of WinSCP is for log files.
