For the record, I still say "goodbye" to my Solo and GoPro before every flight. I will be the first in line for Karma if it actually performs the way it's advertised.

Be careful though...even using this method, Solo can do some freaky stuff when it's on the ground. Make sure you switch to FLY:Manual right before you land, and set it down that way first. If you're in GPS FLY mode, it could still try to take off and flip if it doesn't sense that you're on...

My guess is that the Karma is going to have some sort of removable gimbal/stabilizer that can be taken from the drone and used handheld. That's the only explanation for some of the shots in their promo videos.
