Has anyone experienced a GPS lost after upgrading mRobotics M8N GPS or even heard of anyone? It seems like GPS lost is a major concern with the stock board. I am just curious if anyone has had any issues after upgrading or is this as bullet proof as there is? I am having a good experience...

Its probably a stupid question. Not sure when I would ever fly without. Maybe over water? Just thought I would ask. I have yet to fly with a camera. Will tomorrow!

Thanks for the replies. I might have to call them too. Just to see what they say. When I pull up the Solo app, it is hard to find a zone that doesn't have an airport and I live in Fargo, ND. I can't even imagine how restricted a big city must be.

I know this will probably get the "use the search function" comment, but I have and I am still a little unsure about it. So, I am breaking down and just asking the question. My entire city is classified as a controlled airspace class D. Can I fly in this area or do I have to get outside city...

I purchased my Solo mid-December and have yet to fly it due to the cold weather in Fargo, ND. I feel like I should test it out before too long in case there are any defects that could be handled by BB. Will flying it in sub 30-degree temps void my warranty? I am hoping to take it on a low key...

With the upgraded gps board, is there a need for the shield? Would the shield make any improvement for the new GPS board or is it a one or the other mod?
