I seem to remember reading elsewhere that it COULD accept 5ghz WiFi. But it would not be beneficial. While 5ghz is indeed less congested than 2.4ghz, it's range and penetration is remarkably worse than 2.4ghz. That loss would be way worse than the loss due to 2.4ghz congestion.

What happens when you enable control only on 2.4 and video to 5Ghz though?
