Go Pro just randomly stopped working

So i have been flying my 3dr drone around for awhile now. usually every other day. Everything works great and its a ton of fun. I took it up camping this weekend and everything connected just fine but my damned camera would never connect so i couldn't see where i was flying. I wanted so badly to fly to my friends camp and mess wit them but with no camera i couldnt. I am using the sidepilot app on my ipad and trust me everything has worked great. Why would it no longer connect? I made sure everything was charged up before i left. I came home and it still will no longer connect. WTF could be causing this? It flew fine a few days before that.

The HDMI cable has been known to fail. I'd check the connection at the Solo end.

I have looked and all seems good. If i need a new hdmi cable does that mean i need a whole new gimbal also? If so where do i get an hdmi cable or gimbal and hdmi cable?

Hey Tony, I didn't look at the message author - my bad. If it is the HDMI cable - the Solo end plugs into the main board. I have seen comments about it failing. Maybe just reseat everything associated with the GoPro. Did it suddenly fail? No changes to the camera itself?

Have had that happen at times with the camera feed.
Try:
Turn on the camera after the Solo has fired up and connected with SidePilot.
Sometimes just quitting and restarting SidePilot is enough.

ya it was working fine with zero crashes or harsh landings then one day it just stopped showing video. I have tried every type of boot up order with zero luck, reset cam to defaults. Took cam battery out for an hour, etc etc. it must be that cable so I am gonna take the solo apart and re-seat everything associated with the camera and try again. If it still does work, do you have any spare hdmi cables for it?
