Why are the Solo batteries so heavy/large even though they are only 5200 mAh?

It's less than twice the mAh of most tiny smartphone batteries, but many times heavier.

Cell phone battery==3.7v, 2800mAh on average

SOLO battery==14.8v, 5200mAh
 
Energy Density of LiPo Batteries are max. 150Wh/kg today, which is 75Wh/500g and is very near to what we have in our Solos..... (14.8V * 5,2Ah)
 
I'm really hoping OXIS Energy gets back to me about their LiS technology. Currently demonstrating 200Wh/kg , road map says 400Wh/kg is working in lab samples....

Oh, and it's safe to discharge LiS batteries to 1% SOC
