Is it possible to transmit packets over WiFi by using my Solo Copter?
For example, do you know if there the possibility to broadcast generic UDP packets with my own data?

From the IMX-6 board? From the Cube telemetry? From a companion computer?

Need more information, but FWIW I've used Raspberry Pi SBCs to send audio from an amateur radio using the Solo's WiFi network. At the distances I was flying it worked very well. Had to set static IPs on the air and ground side Pis. I also had SSH running on the payload computer for control and just because I could used the HDMI input for an additional display.

From the IMX-6 board, but probably I solved with the RAW socket(s). And apropos of this did you try to access the real-time GPS data without using python (e.g. by using C)?
