I must be behind the curve ...

I attempted to use time lapse on a mission. I have my GoPro Hero 4 Black default set to time lapse on power up.

The OSD shows the camera selection, however I am unable to trigger the shutter. I am flying with a Droid tablet.

On Mission planner the camera shutter is "X" out ...

So basically I am unable to trigger the camera when in time-lapse.

Is this a stupid user error ... OR?

Goal here is to fly surveys in time lapse.

for gopro timelapse or nightlapse, you have to start it before taking off. the shutter button in the app or gimbal paddle won't trigger it.

gopro timelapse code is in solo firmware. the devs just need to add the option to the app. i hope it will be in the next update.

Frank ... As time passes I see I need to have you on speed dial
