Tablet Aspect Ratio Differences

I know some of you guys have used multiple tablets on your solo. So my question is has anybody used ones with different aspect ratios? I have an iPad mini 4 currently but would like to get an Nvidia Shield K1 to replace it. Just wondering if it makes a big difference losing some screen real estate.

I love my Shield. It could be a little brighter but short of that it works and looks great. On super sunny days I use my Samsung Galaxy Tab S2. Here is a screen record from the Shield. Hope it helps.

Thanks Jerry, I was hoping you would respond knowing you had a Shield. That's nice it has the screen record. I like how it looks on narrow recording. Also didn't know you can free look in tower by sliding the screen till I saw you do it. I think I'm leaning towards the Shield. Maybe I'll just get the screen hood for it. That's how I run my setup on my custom X8 and I've never had a problem with not being bright enough. Though my monitor for that isn't highly reflective like the shield
