As you will find out, they are a brand of electric motors available online from many "RC shops".

Some folks here have replaced the stock Solo motors with "T" motors and report that they are quieter and smoother running than the stock motors. The switch is relatively complicated and time consuming. (You can't just unbolt one and replace it with another).
