Where do you guys get sun visors that fit?

I'm not sure for your tablet but you might try Amazon or eBay.

Search EBay for sun visors for 7" GPS (if your tablet is 7", for example). $5, give or take, free shipping, mostly. Many just have clips that go across the back. For that price, it's pretty much disposable.
Or cardboard. Way free, paint with a can of flat black paint, customize the heck out of your design. And duct tape...
