Status responses not disclosed in the 3DR manual

Is there documentation that talks about exactly what happens in various combinations of GPS, battery, signal, etc combinations? Because the manual definitely doesn't disclose all that. For example it says nothing about what happens when the battery gets to 8% or 5%, especially if you have overridden return to home or flown manual etc.. Or what happens if you accidentally turn your your controller of after Solo loses GPS... haha. I know some less official 3DR videos mention some of these things, but is there a comprehensive source? Is this all Arducopter documentation rather than Solo-based?
