It’s been awhile since used my 3dr, I’m using the side pilot app and updated to the 4.0. Everything else is stock. Do you guys recommend doing anything else before flying and using my GoPro/gimbal… I don’t plan on going crazy with it, just filming some scenery.

Be careful regarding how long your batteries last. If you need batteries you can rebuild them with new cells or have them rebuilt for you. Here's a complete tutorial for it.
