long story light pole won the motors still work n the solo will still turn on and gps still works but body is busted thankfully this isn't my only solo I have 2 more but any ideas?

I tried adding a picture but it wouldn't let me needless to say the drone
front legs are busted off N the gimbal well the black ribbon wire is broken

For some reason I could not load the plane firmware on the solo believe me I've tried, not sure whats up with that either the solo or the firmware is not compatible?

I have done it, not tried to use it tho. I load it everytime I need to delete parameter memory.

Was there a flying goat on that plane?

Lol yeah I'm out in the country northern Florida "the nature coast" lot of land down here to fly errrr crash...oh lots of farm critters too..

I've got to try again it seems to load but I do not get the typical firmware update chimes/beeps from the solo, maybe it does work?

well I got the mavlink to work but not the spektrum port with plane so no sticks.

I was trying the first test with my new carrier for the soloink brd and did not realize that the spektrum radio connection was not working to my Pixhawk. I tested again with a Solo mainbrd and it works fine. By that I mean I get Mavlink telenetry to Mission Planner and I get radio control from the Solo controller all with Arduplane installed on the Pixhawk Cube in the Solo. So seems like this might be worth a try.

Sounds like it should work I'm going to give it a go, I just built a new long range VersaWing and have the room onboard to test.this, outta be interesting "Gulp"....

Well you will beat me. I don't know anything about planes so I have a lot to learn. Arduplane is so different than Arducopter alone. Keeps me off the streets tho.
