Hi all,
I intend to buy a solo and mail it to my home country (Israel).
The regulations here regarding Max power output are same as UK (100 mw max), and I'll probably need to show some sort of document that declares that the output is no higher than that.
The output in FCC documentation is around 500mw, which I understand is OK for the US but not for the EU (or Israel for that matter), but SOLO was also sold in the EU and received CE certification.
Is there a document that is specific to the EU with a lower output listed? (I assume the software will change the output based on GPS location).

Thanks in advance

Itay

I don't have any documentation, but the 3DR app does ask where you are operating (US or Europe). I assume it is to set the output power level based on local laws.
I do not think the GPS location sets the output power.

I'm not sure I understand the question.
But US has higher output limitation.

These are the power settings I found online:

USA 1000mw

UK 100mw

AU 200mw

JP 200mw

I've also tested my artoo controller output with a power meter and the US setting is definitely the most powerful.
