Basically the Solo lights remain green no matter what I do, and once solo is connected to the controller the battery voltage is zero. I realize people have posted similar issues, and I have tried everything they suggested:
-Factory reset of both controller and Solo
-Looked at battery wires. They appear in good shape.
-Used Tower to alter SYSID_SW_MREV parameter to 0. Nothing
-Motor pods seem to be ok. No flips

I'm at loss on whether these are two separate issues or if they are related.... Anyone?
thanks

Have you installed firmware that is not stock? When you used tower to change that parameter, did you actually write/upload the parameter?

Having a similar issue. Turns out 3 if my pods are to blame, even though I can manually start the motors and they seem to function fine. Try removing all 4 pods then power up Solo. If your voltage data now works connect one pod at a time and test again. In my case I believe the voltage regulator on the pod circuit board is the culprit but have not verified that yet. I’m ordering 3 and going to attempt replacing them. Not sure my soldering skills are sharp enough though!!
