I don't know if this has been discussed already I'd imagine it has!
I made note earlier that (TWO LEDS) charge remaining is *close* to storage voltage.
I figured might be handy as there is no easy or automatic way to put the packs at ultimate
storage charge.
If you're at two flashing LEDs you are close to it.
I have two packs both at two flashing LEDs level.
One measures total 15V so ~3.75 per cell.
And the other is at 15.2V total and ~3.8V per cell.
Unloaded.
