Solo App Won't update

I have a new solo that has the dreaded solid orange light. The Solo App shows that update 2.0 is needed. It downloads the update from the net and when it asks me to switch networks, the App goes right back into the 10 minute download. Does anyone have a solution for either issues? Thanks in advance

Are you switching to the Solo GCS created network [typically SoloLink_xxx] ? Lots of phones will see no internet and ignore the network unless you manually select/force it.

No, I see the network and was able to connect just before the Orange light debacle Started
