Recommendations on flying low under trees, bridges, etc.

I fly B-Roll for a variety of production firms. Are there special considerations/settings for flying the solo in an environment where you may be covered from GPS signal. I've had a UAV launch into failsafe before when shooting in an alley which wasn't great. I'd appreciate any help.

Best advise is to be comfortable flying in manual and have it assigned to A or B button. Here is a similar thread you may want to look through.. Fly Safe..

change rth altitude, or if you loose signal it will fly up into anything you are under. be ready to intervine

Thanks! Can you pause the drone and potentially make adjustments to the rth on the fly, so to speak?
