Pairing with OPEN SOLO 4 on Controler

Hi, I have recently received a free Solo from a friend and it was working But... I stupidly got faster in doing than thinking and reading and factrory reseted the controler. Since the Solo was not in use from 2016 I got PreFlight update thing. So then I started to read.

Now I have Solex on my phone and was planning to the the update to Open Solo 4 but somehow I did a factory reset to Copter which made things even worst and get a Solid orange diod thing. But I did managed to do Open Solo 4 update on controler (strange)

So I took the Solo appart and I thought I will flash the SD Card with Open Solo, but I have found only Open Solo 3. After I reinserted tha SD Card and put together the drone I powered it up. I red in instruction that in order to update the system I should do Factory reset, which wasn't succesfull. Next day I was trying to pair Copter (with supposebly Open Solo 3) and controler OPEN SOLO 4.

Pairing did not work. But strange thing happend after several tries of pairing. Copter started to restart its self every 3 or 4 minutes.

Basically I did something in not good order or I didnt do something what I should do before flashinf SD Card.

So my question is. What to do to make it work.

The following links contain the image files needed to flash Solo SD cards and Cube to Open Solo 4. The images include the Updated Factory Reset Partition files so that a factory reset will result in a fresh install of Open Solo 4. Also included is the Arducopter v4.0.1 APJ file for a Stock Solo Cube.

There is a lot of info buried on this site...definitely sift thru it!

After flashing the card in the Solo, power it up and WAIT Twelve (12) minutes while it is
building OS 4. It gives no indication that the process is complete, so time it.

Also, if you are a Facebook user, head to "JB's Solo Users Group" - very active and expect an answer to your questions. Best luck!

So I did make Solo to take off and everything works correctly. I mounted the gimbal back to Solo and with GoPro I can see the video but.... If I am trying to move gimbal with controller it says Gimbal not found.

Any ideas on issue? Calibration? Settings?

Do you know if the gimbal worked on the original setup before you upgraded? The reason I ask is because the gimbal was originally configured by the old 3DR firmware. Unless the gimbal previously functioned it was possibly never setup.
