Tones at me when I push the fly button and it flashes this across the top of the screen on my android.
! prearm: 3d accel calibration needed. I took a video but I can't attach it.

So I'm guessing you didn't do any of the post installation instructions, that include calibrations? Please complete those instructions, which include doing the calibrations, and that error will go away .

I will do that. One more question, in the parameters should SYSID-SW-MREV be at 120 or 0. I seem to remember having to change it to 0 before.

Setting SYSID_SW_MREV to 0 is a parameter reset method. You'll have to redo calibrations afterwards

I calíbrate IMU and Compass, something more?
