No video on phone through the solo app

I can plug my gopro hero 4 silver in to solo and get video on my phone but when i use eather of my gimbal's i get no video on my phone

Make sure the HDMI plugs are good, unfortunately one is under the board, but u said you can get it without the gimbal so check that one first. The Gimbal HDMI plug is very fragile and has been know to come loose.
