Iris+ going up in smoke

I have a Iris+ with the Tarrot Gimbal and I was having trouble getting the fpv to work. Smoke started coming out of the body. I unplugged the battery and took the top off of the body to see the Pixhawk board. When I plug it back in the smoke is coming from the board in the bottom part of the body. How do I disassemble it to see what the problem is?
